So what is critical thinking?

Critical thinking is the ability to analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information in a logical, rational, and objective way. Critical thinking involves the ability to question assumptions, evaluate evidence, and consider multiple perspectives before making a decision or conclusion.

Analysis

Understanding and breaking down information into smaller parts to understand the essence of the problem or issue being discussed. By carrying out analysis, a leader will find out the root of the problem and the causes of the problem, which will later find a solution to solve the problem that is occurring. Both data analysis and field analysis are very important for a leader who thinks critically. 

Evaluation

Evaluation is a systematic process for assessing the effectiveness of a program, project, or policy. The goal is to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas that need improvement. Evaluation means assessing the quality of existing information, arguments or evidence. This includes considering advantages and disadvantages from various points of view. Evaluation is usually carried out after the activity is completed. A leader must carry out an evaluation so that the organization he leads can continue to develop in a better direction. 

Creativity

Creativity is the ability to generate new ideas, new ideas, or new ways of looking at a problem. It is a mental process that involves imagination, innovation, and thinking outside the box. Looking for alternative solutions and thinking outside the box or often called wild thinking, considering various possibilities that can solve the problem. With creative abilities, a leader can provide a broader and more rational view in making decisions. 

Reflection

 Reflection is the process of thinking deeply about the experiences, actions, or ideas we think about. It's like looking in a mirror to examine ourselves, but not just our physical appearance, but also our thoughts, feelings, and actions.  Reflect on the thinking and decision-making process to ensure that the conclusions drawn are based on due consideration and valid evidence.
